A deductible is the amount of money you will have to pay out of pocket in case of damage to the rental car. With our CDW plan, the deductible ranges from $650-1500, while with SCDW it's $0.

In case of an accident, immediately contact our customer support team and file a police report if required. Do not admit fault or agree to any settlement. We will handle the claim process with the insurance company.

CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) covers damage with a deductible of $650-1500 and daily rate of $15. SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) covers damage with $0 deductible and daily rate of $30, plus lower security deposit requirements.

While Dominican Republic is generally safe, we recommend at least CDW protection. Our SCDW coverage provides comprehensive protection including theft protection with zero deductible.

Some credit cards offer rental car insurance, but they typically have limitations and may not provide the same level of coverage. We recommend our insurance plans for complete protection.

Your security deposit is held during the rental period as a guarantee against damages. If the car is returned in good condition, the full deposit is refunded within 5-7 business days of return.
