Une excellente expérience, nous avons loué une petite Kia pour 3 jours, loueur ponctuel, livraison à l' hôtel, bonne réception avec état des lieux, loueur honnête, allez y en confiance.

Très bonne expérience de location de voiture. Réactifs et communication aisée via whatsapp. La voiture a été amenée devant l'hôtel où nous étions logés. Les formalités administratives étaient rapides et efficaces.
Nous avons crevé le pneu avant droit juste avant de rendre le véhicule et les propriétaires ont été très arrangeant afin que nous ayons le moins de frais possible. Au final seulement 45 $ ont été déduis de l'acompte versé.

The service was at the highest level. The car was delivered to the airport on time, clean and well-maintained. The instructions were provided clearly, and the paperwork process was quick. The deposit was refunded immediately after the return. The representative came to the hotel personally to pick up the car.

I highly recommend this service.

Totally recommend their services. The whole process was smooth and very fast (like 5 minutes). They were very prompt with the car delivery. Also, is an advantage that you can rent with debit card. The car provided was new, perfect condition! Thank you, guys!

An sich ein guter Vermieter.
Das Fahrzeug war in einem „OK“ Zustand. Wurde aber von beiden Seiten fotografiert und dokumentiert. Die Kaution haben wir vor Ort per PayPal getätigt. Bis heute (nach 7 Tagen) jedoch noch keine Kaution zurückerhalten. Jedoch denke ich lässt sich das zügig Klären mit den Damen/Herren vor Ort/Whatsapp. Das Fahrzeug wurde mit OK und ohne Unterschrift wieder zurückgegeben und abgeholt. Wir befanden uns im Riu Bambu (Hotelkette mit Abgegrenzten Zugriff auf das Gelände, weswegen das Fahrzeug vor dem Haupteingang abgegeben wurde. Der Kontakt über WhatsApp hat super geklappt. Fahrzeug wurde mit Vollem Tank geliefert und von uns auch wieder in dem Zustand abgegeben. Danke liebes Team!

Bonne voiture un petit soucis de pneumatique sur la voiture ayant eu un remplacement de véhicule en attendant la réparation et restitution établi par leur propre moyen.

Très bonne expérience lors de la location de notre voiture pour une semaine.
Nous avions loué une Suzuki Vitara, nous avions communiqué par WhatsApp avec le louer et il nous attendait à l'aéroport avec la voiture.
Notre vol a même été décalé au retour et nous avons plus garder la voiture un jour de plus.
Je recommande vivement cette entreprise locale qui change des grosses entreprises internationales de location de voiture .

The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The pickup and return process was quick and easy dispite Christmas seasons, and the staff, specially David was friendly and professional. Excelente atención y el vehículo en óptimas condiciones, sumado a que hicimos el alquiler sin necesidad de una tarjeta de crédito y respondieron 100% con lo pactado. Si bien yo no tuve ningún accidente, aconsejo hacer el seguro total ya que el tránsito en Rep. Dominicana es caótico.

Alquile por 4 dias, con el deposito mas caro (650$) el cual hace el alquiler mas barato (144$).
Me lo llevaron al hotel y lo fueron a buscar al aeropuerto, todo excelnte.
Hoy me llego la devolución del reintegro (4 días después)

We rented a yellow convertible Chevrolet Camaro, but when the car was delivered we discovered that the roof wasn’t working. We tried to fix it on the spot, but no luck. Thankfully, the team arranged a substitute — a convertible Ford Mustang — so everything worked out in the end.

If having a fully functioning roof is important to you, I’d recommend double-checking this in advance to avoid spending extra time sorting out an alternative.

Apart from that, everything went smoothly. Delivery to the hotel was super convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, a positive experience.

Zdecydowanie polecam. Całość dogadana dzień przed na WhatsApp, dostawa i odbiór bezpośrednio z hotelu. Jedyny minus to problem z płatnością depozytu przez stronę firmy, który rozwiązałem płacąc gotówką - na szczęście pod ręką był bankomat. Co do auta (Chevrolet) wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Warto przy odbiorze zrobić zdjęcia wszystkich uszkodzeń jeśli występują.

Awesome service , Waited for us in the hotel and the airport, accommodated for my flight delay and gave us extra couple hours so we can get lunch . Strongly recommend!
